2. Optimize TR landscape (field survey, assortment relevance, cannibalization and profitability risk) in collaboration with Demand Planner to provide new insights in a quarterly manner, including also the below:

- Drive the business forward by constantly analysing and assess the effectiveness of the TR and E-commerce operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems and ways of working where relevant

- Monitor sales targets achievement on monthly basis and propose recovery plans in advance when trend is going negative

- Carefully monitor performance of all campaign activities, and prepare a post-campaign report with analysis and results for future improvement

- Monitor closely the sell-in/out to ensure forecast accuracy & inventory depletion

3. Foster and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while spearheading cross-functional collaborations that enhance overall operational synergy.

4. Understanding the E-commerce landscape to develop promotional strategies to increase sales of products or brands outside of the TR catalogue

5. Working closely with the Demand team to ensure healthy inventory levels and promotional strategies are achieved

6. Work with internal Customer Experience team, Operations Team and Partners/Suppliers to resolve customer issues and queries.

Requirements

1. Strong and results-proven track record in delivering sales grown and/or business objectives.

2. More than 5 years of experience in the Fashion industry with at least 3 years in people management role.

3. Excellent communication skills, commercial sense, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and data analytical skills to work effectively in a team within a flexible and fast paced dynamic environment. Equipped with the capability to drive actionable insights that fuel business expansion.
