Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases

- Conduct POC, demo, testing and setup of security system and video analytics

- Process knowledge of basic security technology including video analytics and application scenarios

- Manage and execute new/existing projects

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security

- Process negotiation, networking, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project dashboard to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Work closely with and support work stream and project leads to manage interdependencies, clear roadblocks and balance competing demands, where required.
• Co-ordinate with work stream and project leads to report and document on the progress and status of the various projects.
• Ensure prompt response to matters arising and escalate issues on a timely manner.
• Prepare reports, documents and presentations and ensure that work is produced with accuracy and within timeline.
• Support the team with BAU support of Epic changes and Medical Device Integration.
• Participate in any duty as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Possessing at least 1 year of project management experience. Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
• Proficient in Office Productivity software suite; especially on Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders
• Certified in Project Management (PMP) would be an advantage

Job Scope

• Lead a team of supervisors, in-house landscape specialists, and technicians to meet both daily and strategic landscaping goals. Provide onboarding, training, and performance guidance to new team members.
• Oversee daily horticulture tasks by in-house teams and contractors, including planting, pruning, mulching, watering, nutrient management, and weeding. Monitor the maintenance of landscape equipment and irrigation systems and manage overall watering regimes across sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess contractor performance, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and quality standards. Manage compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, performing risk assessments and responding to on-site incidents as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and updates on landscaping projects. Coordinate with officers, management agents, and stakeholders for work arrangements, site meetings, and inspections.
• Plan daily and monthly schedules for horticultural activities, resource allocation, and ad-hoc projects, including tree pruning, debris collection, and landscaping enhancements.
• Prepare essential reports, including schedules, maintenance records, and service documentation for management. Manage contracts, initiate tenders and pre-condition reports, procure materials (local and abroad), and recommend landscape enhancements and cost-effective solutions within approved budgets.
• Develop creative landscape solutions and conservation initiatives and support sustainability and digitisation efforts to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols across landscaping operations, ensuring team members follow safe practices and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc sales initiatives, preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and proposals on landscape enhancement projects.

Requirement

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in horticulture or landscaping.
• Accreditation as Certified Practising Horticulturist (CPH) will be advantageous.
