• Prepare engineering services briefs for new project, review and comment on consultants designs for efficiency, appropriateness in design and operational issues.
• Provide engineering input/advice for due diligence process on potential new/conversion and/or renovation of existing hotels and conduct pre-opening reviews relative to Brand Standards.
• Conduct regular and periodic site visits to assigned projects for the purposes of ensuring compliance with Brand Standards.
• Conduct technical inspections as required of potential or existing properties and complete Property Improvement Plans (PIPs).
