This role is responsible to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of the fundraising department and manage fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects to contribute to the overall mission of the Charity.

The incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director in fundraising and meeting the set target by the Board of Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing fundraising projects and develop new projects.
• Identify community partners (business and community organisations) to fund projects costs.
• Coordinate approved corporate CSR and community projects.
• Communicate and promote mission, vision and programmes to external stakeholders and potential donors.
• Donor Management – maintain and update records and liaise with different business units.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning prospects and donors.
• Provide detailed reports to the Donors concerning the utilization of donations.

• At least Diploma/Degree in related discipline .
• Min 3 years’ experience in similar roles or more than 5 years without the minimum qualification.

Objectives of this role

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.

● Good technical background with experience in web application, database, infra, security, etc. and be comfortable with technical projects;

● Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, ITIL, etc. will be a plus but not a pre-requisite;
