The Manager will be responsible for overseeing automotive maintenance projects and supporting the Engineering and Operations Control team through innovation and data analysis. 5. Resource & Team Management:

• Lead training initiatives to ensure that teams are proficient in the latest tools and technologies related to automotive maintenance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive maintenance, project management, or engineering operations control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex automotive maintenance projects. PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, fleet maintenance, and data analytics.
