• Evaluation of new technology and innovation solutions.
• Conduct engineering activities during business or project development including but not limited to pre-feasibility/ feasibility studies, technical due diligence, cost estimation, site survey, technical proposal to customer, project / EPC scoping strategy, vendor selection and review, determine LCOE, budgetary quotation review and clarifications, and all related technical support and solutions etc.
• Participate in engineering activities during project execution including but not limited to preparation of Scope of Work / Design Memorandum / Minimum Functional Specification, tender review on technical proposals and clarifications, attend site queries and site installation issues that related to design, pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning, PSSR etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Automation / Control & Instrumentation process design and engineering discipline or equivalent

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, power and water utilities as well as renewable energy projects is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Health Services Manager to join our team in a high-volume retail clinic setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, while managing clinic operations each day.

Operational Management and Compliance

• Oversee the daily clinic operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to improve patient care.
• Work with all departments of therapists to implement patient services

Staff Training and Supervision

• Train and supervise clinic staff and therapists on Company protocols and brand’s operational SOP, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment through constructive feedback.

Patient Management

• Coordinate patient scheduling, address inquiries and concerns, implement strategies for enhancing the patient experience, and oversee accurate record maintenance.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to aid long-term care
• Refer patients to the most suitable department of therapists based on review of the care patients require

Hands-on Patient Service

• Provide therapeutic services to patients, adhering to corrective protocols and procedures.
• Reviewing patients’ health, medical histories and x-ray result including information on previous injuries, surgeries, general health and lifestyle
• Conduct physical examination, focusing on patients’ range of movement

Sales Performance

• Ensure monthly achievement of clinic sales targets.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain professional dress and behavior while representing the clinic, adhering to prescribed standards.

Confidentiality and Documentation

• Maintain confidentiality of clinic records and files, and adhere to guidelines for handling patient documents and materials.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare reports, claims, correspondences, and documents accurately and in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake 'on-call' duties, conduct health talks and promotions, fulfill administrative tasks, attend seminars and meetings as required, and comply with NH policies and regulations.

Flexibility in Assignments

• Perform any other duties assigned by NH that fall within the general scope of the employee's appointment.

Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

Reporting to the Head of Technology, the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will oversee the school's IT infrastructure, network services, and desktop support operations. This individual will ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment that supports the educational, administrative, and extracurricular needs of students, faculty, and staff. The role involves managing IT operation teams, coordinating with vendors, and supporting strategies to improve technology integration and support services within the school.

Experience working in K-12 education settings or international schools. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) (e.g. iSAMS). Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Managebac).

Responsibilities (Key areas of Responsibilities):

Infrastructure Management and Operations

• Design, implement, and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and wireless access points across multiple campuses.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of internet and systems required for online learning platforms.
• Manage storage solutions, backups, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Ensure infrastructure security, including patch management, antivirus updates, and cybersecurity protocols.

Desktop and End-User Support

• Oversee desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device management for students, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Manage a helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Develop and implement policies for IT asset management (inventory tracking, device replacement cycles).
• Ensure seamless integration of classroom technology (interactive whiteboards, projectors, documents, etc.).
• Monitor software licensing and subscriptions to ensure compliance.

IT Strategy and Vendor Management

• Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement long-term IT strategies aligned with the school’s educational goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for hardware, software, and network services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance learning and administrative efficiency.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Lead and manage the IT support team, providing training and professional development to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to understand technology needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Develop workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT service delivery.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders during outages or scheduled maintenance.

Compliance, Safety, and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA) and other legal standards relevant to schools.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment and systems are properly configured for student safety (e.g., web filtering, access controls).
• Monitor and enforce acceptable use policies (ANUP) for students and staff to maintain a safe digital environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in an education environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft, Google, and Apple ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Apple MDM).
• Proficiency in managing Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS devices.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and non-technical staff.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
