Expertise in using software such as EPPM Oracle Primavera P6 Rel 8.3, 8.2, 8.1, 8.0, 7.0, 6.2.1, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 5.0 and older versions, Webster for primavera used for project management planning, controlling, tracking and scheduling package)

Familiarity in the use of Pertmaster Risk Analysis used for Risk Analysis Contract Manager 14.0, 13.1, 13.0 and older versions to manage all aspects of contract document management system

Ability to manage contracts, submittals, transmittals, change management etc.

Experience in Integrating Primavera Enterprise products with Financial Systems

Experience in trouble shooting the problems

Good customer management skills.

Planning and configuration to suit customer needs

Ability to plan according to the changing situations, based on client request

Prepared to make site visits when required

Able to attend client meetings

Support the requirements and needs of the Project in order to meet the clients requirements

Requirements:

Minimum diploma or higher in any engineering field

At least 4 years of experience in planning / implementation/ consulting field, preferably in the railway industry

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Preparation of construction schedule and monitoring of work progress.

2. Coordinate and supervise the civil work progress.

3. Resolve the problem arises on site to ensure timely completion of works

4. Conduct meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work.

5. Ensure works are carried out in accordance. Update daily activities and manpower allocation.

6. Liaising with local authorities, client’s representatives and sub con and consultants.

7. Review project specifications, tender classification and construction drawings.

8. Involve in technical discussion and progress meeting

9. Assist project manager in daily works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Sewer Engineering approved by PE board.
• Min 4 years' Experience
• Experience in water pipe and best knowledge in laying water pipe
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Salary Range S$3,500 to S$7,000

Responsibilites

• Assist the Project Manager in producing, analysing and accepting design and technical details
• Assist the Project Manager in developing, managing and overseeing a safety management system for projects across the organisation
• Provide Engineering support to project, production and yard staff as directed by Project Manager.
• Provide technical expertise during design activities and reviews.
• Produce technical documentation as required to support daily operations and tendering activities
• Coordinate stakeholder activities during construction phases of projects not limited to clients, suppliers and contractors
• Create and maintain a culture of continuing improvement in safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas
• Execute Project Plan assigned by Project Manager.
