3. Monitor global immigration policy updates, organize relevant insights, and provide accurate policy recommendations to clients and team members.
4. Maintain proactive client communication, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional consulting services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with documentation, sales teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery; provide training on documentation and policy compliance.
6. Ensure all processes and submissions adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and optimizing success rates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration, with expertise in documentation or project management preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of immigration pathways, including investment, skilled migration, and family reunification.
4. Proficient bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), with proven ability to draft and review dual-language documents.
5. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Key Requirements:

Education:
