MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Execution of projects:

Ensure the successful and timely execution of projects professionally within the budgetary cost and contractual completion time given by the Sales Department.

Ensure the accurate documentation of all activities /transactions.

Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM)/production order before the commencement of the kick-off meeting.

2) Payment: Check with the Sales Department about the down payment, LC, or other payment methods before the commencement of procurement of items.

3) Workshop Drawings: After populating the BOM with all the items, work with the Design Department on generating Workshop Drawings

(GA / P&ID / Electrical drawings).

Obtain the client’s official approval on all drawings before

any commencement of works.

4) Engineering: Check the correct sizing of components (e.g. motors, pumps, valves & instrumentations).

In case of any changes, ensure other related components are correctly sized.

5) Master Production: Update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and inform relevant departments of the strict compliance to

the delivery schedule, in consultation with the GM.

6) Kick-off Meeting: Mini-lead project kick-off meeting for the dedicated

projects handled with all critical information established

(e.g. BOM, Gantt chart, lead time)

7) Lead Time: Consistent follow-ups and confirmation from

Procurement Department on the ETA especially lead-time and technical specifications with the help of the

Design team.

: Communicate with customer in case of any changes

after discussion with the Sales Department, if authorized by

GM.

8) Factory Acceptance Test

(FAT)

: Attend together with the Engineering Department to

ensure complete factory testing is accomplished before

generating the in-house testing reports as records for the client

before delivery of the project.

9) Site Visit / Meeting: If necessary, attend and write minutes of meeting for

recording purposes at the site; and insert these in Project

File, provided site meetings are held.

10) Sub-contractor: Engagement and coordination with sub-contractors

services upon approval of GM for any ongoing projects.

Ensure the quality of sub-contractor work is strictly

according to requirements.

• Coordinate and chair design and project development meetings to define the performance and technical scope of proposed systems, ensuring follow-up actions are completed and documented.
• Plan, organize and maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, site drawings, timelines, resource allocation, bills of quantities, and deliverables.
• Oversee vendor procurement by engaging internal teams, reviewing technical clarifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and ensuring required permits and reports are prepared.
• Supervise and track vendor execution progress, organize site access, and support installation activities while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute site acceptance tests, final site inspections, and required project documentation, such as SATs and operational manuals.
• Facilitate training sessions and manage the project handover process to relevant teams, ensuring post-installation reviews are conducted.
• Monitor compliance with safety and operational guidelines, industry standards, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, manage payment stage approvals, and address any additional tasks or responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline.
• With Degree, Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 8 – 10 years of related industry experience required.
• Without Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: at least 10 years of related industry experience required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies with a proven ability to plan, organize and complete tasks in an acceptable timeframe.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Q-Sys, and similar audio networking platforms.
• Flexible approach to working hours with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in entertainment equipment and systems including: Staging, Lighting, Sound, Audio-visual, Rigging, Show Control, SFX and Automation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring of smooth progress of project.
• Attending site walks, inspections, meetings and preparing of monthly reports and submissions.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
• To ensure and carried out site work in accordance to construction programme safely.
• Ensure supervisors and workers carry out daily site works accordingly with safety rules and regulations being observed.
• Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers and all other infrastructure construction.
• To carry out all site works issues and ad-hoc duties when instructed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (RE Recognised)
• Candidate to possess relevant certificates and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course Certificate (BCSS)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence
• Good communication, self-initiative and interpersonal skills

Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To be ISO-Team representative as a Project Coordinator to coordinate the project at site.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Coordinate project (R&R / A&A) works.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Execute project works based on the drawing / specification. ‘
• Resolve any Clients and / or residents’ complaints / feedbacks.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
• Attend site meeting, if applicable.
• Track work progress and submit progress report so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

(B) General :

• Maintain all the documentation for the projects.
• Coordinate and work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project)
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably 4 years working experience in Building Construction Industry.
