Job Summary:
· To assist & work closely with Project & Contracts Director & project department to ensure all projects carried out
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
· Responsible to ensure successful completion of projects undertaken by the company within scheduled cost, time & quality.
· Coordinate and supervise the construction process with clients & vendors from beginning through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
· Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion & ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
· Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities - oversee the performance of all trade contractors and responsible for ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
· Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations and requirements.
· Responsible for project financial management and reporting to Management.
· Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
· Ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
· Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating also is important.
Non-essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· To work well & harmoniously with Sales & Marketing, Accounts/Admin & Design departments.
· Ability to address complaints & resolves problems from workers & vendors.

Requirements:
· At least 2 years working experience as a Project Executive or in Projects Department
· Be self-motivated, pro-active, and results oriented
· Able to work independently but be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and “can-do” attitude
· Must be willing to travel and work on weekends
· Ability to speak and write well
Language Abilities:
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings, material specifications, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports & procedure manuals.
Computer Skills:
· Proficient in Computer is a must (MS Word, EXCEL, PPT etc,)
