• Implement processes to ensure every aspect of our events is top-notch and meets client expectations
• Create and share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
• Look for ways to improve our event planning processes and share best practices with the team
• Help grow our junior team members and build a vibrant event management culture
• Stay on the cutting edge by exploring new trends in event management and engagement
• After events, create detailed reports on what went well, areas for improvement, and lessons learned
• Build long-term relationships with clients and pitch ideas for future projects

• Has experience in event and project management, especially with clients
