Job Summary

The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing subcontracting and procurement operations for large-scale construction and engineering projects in Singapore. • Lead the subcontracting process throughout both the bidding and execution phases, which includes the preparation and review of inquiry packages and contract documents.

• Ensure that reports and the master work plan are updated prior to escalating any critical issues or risks related to subcontract management.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project timelines.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's contract requirements, including JGC responsibilities, and effectively integrate these details into project subcontract strategies, plans, and procedures.
