Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support project operations and ensure the smooth execution of project deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate logistics, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Logistics Management:Assist in coordinating and managing logistics for staff security clearance, client device delivery, staging, and deployment.
   Schedule and oversee client device acceptance, OS upgrades, and submission of Declaration Forms and billing (if applicable).
   
2. Project Support:Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including purchase-related matters and document submission.
   Track and compile regular project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   
3. Asset and Inventory Management:Update and maintain records of client devices handled by the project team.
   Ensure that inventory records for client devices are accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with the project team.
   Facilitate the handover of client devices to the Operations and Support (O&S) team.
   
4. Project Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor, track, and review project migration outputs and progress milestones.
   Submit progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key updates and potential issues.
   

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
   Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role is preferred.
   
2. Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
   
3. Attributes:Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
   Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned tasks.
   

• Project execution including cost management, coordination with contractors and project related duties.
• Ensure project-engineering work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• To plan the works schedule and work out material requirement for purchasing department to place order.
• Provides regular update of engineering status, drawings, BOMs.
• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.
• Assess the skills of each worker and grade them accordingly.
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc.

Responsibilities for Project Architect:

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing
• Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

What you will need as Project Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

· Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.

· Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.

· Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.

· Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

· Only Singaporean to apply.

· With own transportation will be preferred.

· Candidate shall possess at minimal “O" – Level or NITEC Qualification or equivalence education qualification.

• Understand PUB Code of Practice
• Project management and planning including site safety aspects
• Coordinate with client, consultant and authority for project and site matters
• 2 to 3 years experience in Sanitary & Plumbing services will be beneficial
• Possess BCSS Certificate
• Attend site meetings & inspection
• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled
• Coordination of site works to complete within stipulated project schedule
• Any other matters as assigned by Management/Head Office
