• Assist business stakeholders in ensuring on-time completion of tender activities.

Contracting Support:

• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on contract deviation approval and execution processes.
• Assist in operationalizing contracts in Procurement systems for effective P2P deployment.
• Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to manage contract lifecycle activities, including drafting and amendments.
• Provide training to internal Procurement teams, users, and participating suppliers on optimizing tender events and system usage.
• Conduct analysis of tender outcomes and benchmarking statistics.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in a Sourcing/Procurement function.
