Besides the various project management tracking already performed by System Integrator (i.e., IBM) and /or Principle Vendor (i.e., SAP), when necessary, to drive outcomes, project manage and ensure regular progress
Ensure regular KTLO / service management review are conducted, with participation from all teams across the KTLO ecosystem
Bring to management attention on incidents that fail to meet pre-defined Service Level Agreement. Review and challenge repeated incidents - and to drive the above-mentioned teams to proactive improve KTLO services by advocating the need to continually drive service management excellence.
Ensure regular and timely engagement with Ariba Business and Procurement Champions - keep this group of users (advanced) up to date with the latest changes to Ariba.
Collate, design and publish regular updates to the wider Procurement department, keeping the group aware of all ongoing incidents / system bugs that impact their daily operations on Ariba, latest changes to process and system enhancements etc
