1. Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage.

4. Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and being a team player.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.

Position : Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget

· Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues

· Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.

· Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.

· Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.

· Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.

·To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

· Minium 5 years of project environment experience

· Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.

· Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades

· Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects
• Oversee design, engineering, installation, and maintenance phases of projects
• Coordinate with technical teams for implementations and upgrades
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
• Lead project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in power systems or critical infrastructure
• Strong technical background in UPS systems, power protection, and infrastructure solutions
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and data centers
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)
• Knowledge of power protection systems and green energy solutions
• Understanding of maintenance and testing & commissioning procedures

End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation project aimed at standardizing the Equity Derivatives processing . The project entails a transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint. We are looking at an IT Project manager that can manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

Qualifications:

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria

• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains

• PM expertise managing large transversal IT programs > 2-3 Mi euros in budget is mandatory

• Minimum 12 Years of Project Management Experience.

Technical Requirements:

• Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context

• Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions

• Knowledge on Trade life cycleAbility to work with stakeholders across geographies

• Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations
