We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have a degree in a relevant field, and/or around seven to ten years’ experience in AV/IT/Security Design & Build sector in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. It would be excellent if you have a strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation, to name a few. Your expertise in surveying a client’s basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals will also be put to the test. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of their projects. Projects can range from several small to medium projects or on one very large project. The Technical Project Manager leads and manages a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Establish and maintain a complete delivery schedule from preconstruction to the final handover in alignment with the overall construction project.
• Establish budgets, progress billing, change order management, and progress billing with vendors and clients and prepare cost reporting.
