Job Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Overseeing the procurement of materials.
• Coordinating with the various clients , consultants, main-contractors , architects, sub contractors and specialist to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the project deliverables.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications.

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry;
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field;

Job Scope:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued
• Prepare method statements and work procedures
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update the progress of work
• Ensure the quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulations are complied with
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage the procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongful usage
