Project Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, including procurement and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

2. Budget & Cost Management

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and manage change orders to ensure financial efficiency.

3. Site Management and Safety Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential risks.
• Oversee site operations, including safety protocols, groundworks, and construction activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

4. Risk Management

• Implement quality control procedures to guarantee high standards of construction work.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements.

6. Reporting & Documentation

What We're Looking For
