Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred

· Project Planning:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Estimate resources and budgets for project completion.

· Budget Management:Prepare and manage the project budget.
Monitor financial performance and ensure costs are controlled.
Approve expenditures and ensure cost efficiency.

· Resource Management:Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Procure materials, labor, and services, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline.
Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources (staff, equipment, materials).

· Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address unexpected delays or issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Team Leadership:Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and other parties involved.
Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates.

· Quality Control:Oversee the quality of work throughout the construction process.
Conduct inspections to ensure the project meets design specifications and standards.
Ensure the use of appropriate construction techniques and materials.

· Documentation and Reporting:Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and upper management.
Prepare project closure documentation, including final reports and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to meet prospective clients, assess their requirements, and gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Partner with project teams, operations staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, gathering feedback and addressing any project-related concerns, including payment issues.
• Coordinate the submission of project plans to relevant authorities for approval and facilitate necessary inspections of ongoing construction work.
• Oversee the development of layout plans, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) designs, and visuals; prepare project schedules, quotations, and tender submissions for clients.
• Provide expert technical guidance to ensure M&E installations are in compliance with construction drawings and regulatory standards, and review cost estimations.
• Assist in monitoring the progress of M&E installation services, including ACMV systems, AVS, electrical, plumbing, and other installations.
• Participate in M&E coordination meetings to ensure safety standards are met and work progresses efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate office interior design and build project management.
• Possess Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and practical experience, and PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Possess a recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in interpreting architectural plans and knowledgeable about building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong project management, presentation, leadership, and team management abilities.
