Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. Assist Project Manager to plan overall schedule and tracking and prioritize job card sequence and methodology according to contractual requirements and onboard vessel/site condition.
2. Lead, manage and supervise project team on the execution of works as well as ensuring the delivery of assigned projects within the planned schedule.
3. Direct and plan sufficient resources of manpower, material, and equipment for the project team for meeting the targets according to contractual requirements.
4. Attend daily vessel coordination meetings with clients and prepare daily reports on progress.
5. Attend or chair meetings with clients, ship crews, vendors, and classifications of society for work scope clarification, permits to work systems compliance, schedule updates, working methodology planning, and any other contractual matters as required.
6. Be responsible for the team's wellbeing during traveling and offshore.
7. Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.

WSH Management:

1. To facilitate the safe execution of works particularly in hot and any other incompatible works according to onboard vessel/site conditions as and when required.
2. Administer and plan for risk management with regards to all works carried out in ensuring best safe work practices are in place.
3. Responsible for the overall safety and health standard of work together with the project manager throughout the execution of projects as assigned.

Contract and Cost Management:

1. Perform as organization representative and be responsible as per contractual requirements throughout project execution duration.
2. Coordinate with the costing department and be alert in overall costing control to ensure maximum profit return to the organization.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Able to travel overseas, offshore on short notice and on a long-term basis.
2. Able to attend to projects’ needs as and when required.
3. Strong level of planning, organization, people management, and communication skills in critical decision making and quick problem-solving.
4. Good knowledge of different scopes of work in aspects of the hull, mechanical, piping, and electrical for marine and offshore industries shall be advantageous.

• Track and maintain record of projects, assignees, contracts, sub-contracts, statuses, invoicing, renewals, extensions, and the like.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position takes overall responsibility of project management for all aspects (contract, commercial and technical) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

• To manage, review and update detailed building system report (tagging database) and their impact list periodically with customer.

This role supports the Project Manager. It involves the planning and co-ordination of site work. The person in this role needs to be good at communication and obtaining feedback. Instructions must be given to site personnel in a manner that is easy to understand and the person needs to ensure his instructions are understood correctly. This person will also help the Project Manager with any issues that may arise on site.

Job Scope:
1.) Plan and coordinate site work
- Attend meeting with Main Con and work with PM to prepare relevant information i.e. drawings for approval.
- After approval, update Site Personnel of requirements.
- Prepare necessary permits, drawings to get clearance from authorities.
- Co-ordinate with PM, Site Supervisors and Main Contractor.

2.) Attend site meetings

As an Electrical Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Duties

Reporting to the Project Manager.

· Collect and analyse operational data from HVAC systems to assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvements.

· Conduct audits or re-commissioning work focusing on HVAC systems.

· Perform initial data assessments of clients' cooling systems to measure current efficiency levels.

· Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.

· Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the technical feasibility and financial impact of proposed improvement plan.

· Contribute to preparing high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development efforts.

· Ensure all technical solutions align with Singapore’s regulatory and industry standards.

· Collaborate closely with the regional project team, to support project planning and client engagement.

· Engage in training and development activities to improve technical skills and expand knowledge.

· Site coordination, project schedule planning, coordinate site works.

· Participate in technical discussions and supports to stakeholders on HVAC system configurations, energy efficiencies and energy-saving objectives.

· Assist in managing specific projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of set objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder in Engineering (Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Controls) or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Sound engineering knowledge and fundamental understanding of energy efficiency principles.

· Prior experience in engineering consulting work, building management system or facility operation will be advantageous.

· Candidates with less experience will be considered for an alternative position.

· Excellent time management, planning and organising ability.

· Strong communication, presentation, project and people management skills.

· High motivation to learn and adapt to challenges.

· Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Job Scope: Project Coordinator – Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the execution of AV projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

◦ Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

◦ Coordinate resources, including equipment and personnel, for project execution.

◦ Schedule and oversee project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and updates.

◦ Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

◦ Ensure client requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled.

3. Resource Management:

◦ Work with technical and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of AV equipment.

◦ Monitor resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

◦ Address logistical challenges to maintain smooth project flow.

4. On-Site Support and Supervision:

◦ Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

◦ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and updates.

This role is critical for the seamless planning and execution of projects, ensuring the success of Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.'s operations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job description

*Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.

*Liaise with Clients, Building Management, Consultants, Project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress update and monitoring of quality, contractual requirements and ensure their works are within the schedule.

*Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements:
*Academic Qualifications: Min. Diploma
*At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, or ID (Commercial/Retail) industry
*Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and ability to understand construction drawings.
*Able to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment.
*Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* BCSS Cert will be advantage

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Saturday, 9.00AM – 1.00PM

• Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works
• Lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution
• Ensure designs / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices
• To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters
• Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management
• Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc
• Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents
• To prepare, submit Variation Claims with instruction documents & part-plan from client
• Maintain all filing systematically & uploading of softcopies in the system
• To place materials order to Purchaser in advance as per Order list as per site requirement
• Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures
• Able to commit 6 days work
