• Min 3 years relevant experience In Interior Design/Architecture In Singapore.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Planning and organizing: Create action plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assigning and monitoring tasks: Assign daily tasks and monitor their progress.
• Communicating: Serve as a point of communication between clients & worker/contractor.
• Tracking and reporting: Track the project's progress and milestones, and report risks and issues to management.
• Managing resources: Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables and efficiency.
• Managing documentation: Maintain project records, including reports, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
