Project Management:

1. Assist Project Manager to plan overall schedule and tracking and prioritize job card sequence and methodology according to contractual requirements and onboard vessel/site condition.
2. Lead, manage and supervise project team on the execution of works as well as ensuring the delivery of assigned projects within the planned schedule.
3. Direct and plan sufficient resources of manpower, material, and equipment for the project team for meeting the targets according to contractual requirements.
4. Attend daily vessel coordination meetings with clients and prepare daily reports on progress.
5. Attend or chair meetings with clients, ship crews, vendors, and classifications of society for work scope clarification, permits to work systems compliance, schedule updates, working methodology planning, and any other contractual matters as required.

WSH Management:

Contract and Cost Management:

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and client goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the events department, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of all projects.

• Leverage the latest tools and tech innovations to minimize risks and enhance project workflows.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead post-event client reviews with project teams to evaluate results, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership to project teams, offering guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
• Cross-support and promote the group’s creative, social, and video & photography services in collaboration with respective department heads.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the team, providing constructive feedback and clear development plans.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Business Growth Lead to explore inbound opportunities and drive outbound growth strategies.
• Keep senior leadership updated on operational performance, budgets, and challenges, providing clear insights and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and with minimum 3 years of managing a diverse project team of at least 5
• Strong project management skills, including experience overseeing budgets and financial planning (between 300K – 1million)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Adaptable, resourceful, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results
• Agile, meticulous, highly organized, and skilled in reporting to ensure clear communication and accountability for both internal and external stakeholders

Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination on site.

Manage day to day site operations

Attend clients, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings

Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. To be responsible for execution, planning, coordination, monitoring and commissioning projects assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
2. To supervise and take responsibility of Installation Team.
3. To co-ordinate and liaison between departments, the daily company activities relating to project implementation, design, planning, material procurement, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning and after sales service.
4. To take measurements, check and verify all claims made by contractors undertaking the company’s work.
5. To prepare monthly progress claims, maintain up to date records of the claims and follow up on the payment certificate for the particular project assigned by the Project Manager.
6. To maintain up-to-date records and plans of all changes make on site and updating as built drawings for future submission of Operation & Maintenance Manual during project handing over.
7. To maintain up to date records of materials used on site and ensure site inventory is sufficient for continuity of works.
8. To liaise and discuss with consultants, main contractor and sub contractors concerning project’s technical and coordination issues.
9. To attend site meetings relating to the project assigned and prepare progress reports as and when required by the management or the client.
10. To issue and maintain up to date correspondence relating to the project assigned by the Project Manager.
11. To ensure the safety and health pratice, including hygiene and cleanliness matters, are being carried out and implemented at all time at the project site.
12. Any duties deemed necessary by The Management.

Requirements: -

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Min 2 years working experience in construction industry with min 1 year in Singapore
• Able to multi-task, Independent, self-discipline, willing to learn
• Able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
