Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Construction or similar industry, handling various projects

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
2. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
3. Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
4. Attend site meeting if required.
5. Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
6. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
7. Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
8. Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
9. Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
10. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
11. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
12. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
13. In charge of overall subcontractor’s installation works at the project site.

We are looking to hire a scientist with expertise in encapsulation including the use of spray-dryers and other techniques. Some experience in materials science and engineering would be ideal. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research at the intersection of materials science, advanced manufacturing, robotics, and sensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• To identify soluble components in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for characterization.
• To develop and formulate encapsulation systems for the delivery of TCM to gastric and intestinal regions of humans / animals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors qualification with relevant research experience.
• This is an industry-sponsored project.
