• 5 to 10+ years of relevant work experience gained (e.g. in a Water, Engineering/Construction, or Consulting Company)
• Proven ability for critical / logical thinking and problem solving
• Strong co-ordinator & team player
• Self-motivated, well-organized and can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills. Ability to work very independently in a small team
• Evidence of high performance standards in previous position(s)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of PMO experience, supporting transformation projects
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and Macros)
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Familiarity with PEGA platform for project management
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and quality delivery mindset

Experience with Murex/Financial products is an added plus
