Job Description:

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
- Prepare method statements, monthly progress claims and reports.
- Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants.
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Oversees the implementation of the project quality plan.
- Ensuring supervisors & foremen meets clients’ regulatory work requirements.
- Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
- Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts at the end of the contract.
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the LTA/ PUB projects is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willing to work on Saturdays

• Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
• In-depth knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure and platform services, service management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for strategic decision support.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring timely invoicing, cost reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including resource utilization reports, project schedules and status updates.
• Ensure project closure procedures are followed, including archiving and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor unassigned incidents or SRs and ensure they are acknowledged as per SLAs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Project Coordinator (Construction)

• Maintaining, preparing (with the guidance of the PM) and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure
• Site Coordination between Main Contractor, Stakeholders, Workers and all parties involved
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings with documentation and follow up of important actions and decisions from meetings
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Determining Project Changes
• Familiarize and ensure that the projects adhere to the required specifications and framework, and that all documentation and submissions are prepared and maintained appropriately and accordingly for each submission
• Preparation of risk assessment, method statements & material submissions pertaining to architectural materials
• Access project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Create a weekly project management calendar to fulfil the work target / goals and objective
• To work and prepare the necessary documents for the monthly progress claims with the administrator and contracts department
• Ensure quality controls of project output

Requirements:

Project Supervisor will be under Marine service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.
