We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role is responsible for coordinating, supervising, planing and conducting the technical aspects of electrical & air con installation works term contract project.
Responsibilities
1. Effective project management including but not limited to plan project scheduling, cost management, lead and work with project team till project completion
2. Ensure timely project execution through planning, monitoring of project progress and execute task effectively while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost
3. Good leadership to guide, supervision of engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure site progress are complete on time
4. Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims, monitoring of project cashflow, budgets
5. Communicate and maintain public relations with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
6. Coordinate matters partaining to site progress, manpower and equipment, prepare schedule, certifiaction of payment to sub-contractors and attend to site disputes
7. Feedback of project performance to General Manager/ Director
8. Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
9. Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
10. Advise admin assisstant on the issuance of quotation, bill of quantity and sales invoices
11. Help to chase outstanding quotations, bill of quantity and accounts receivables pertaining to your project
Skills Requirements
1. Minimum 4 years or above of related experience in M&E
2. Diploma/ ITE/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
3 Independent, resourceful, hardworking, good organization skills and able to lead a team
4 Sound knowledge of electrical and air-conditioning
