Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Project Coordinator at Firetec (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The role involves coordinating sales projects and initiatives, supporting the sales team, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. This position is based in Singapore with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

4. Previous experience in project coordination or sales support is a plus

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Perform research and analysis in support of operations
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Assist and support in project delivery
• Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives
• May perform additional projects upon request

Requirements

• Business Administration or related major
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, great communicator and meticulous planner
• Available to commit to a 6 months full time internship program
