We are looking at an IT Business Analyst / Project manager who can help manage transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and post transformation.

Responsibilities

• Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
• Test management for the front to finance chain Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience.
• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.

Job Duties:

· Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least two completed project cycles.

· At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.

· Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.

Reporting to the Management, the Project Manager will be using their expertise and experience to support both internal Glamco and external Customer projects for our Singapore commercial program. Specific responsibilities but not limited to the following include:

• Manage the project and system maintenance lifecycle from Proposal development to Project Kickoff to Initial Design to Development and Testing to Customer Acceptance Testing and to System Maintenance Program
• Working with the Business Development Team in determining the project scope of work
• Lead, plan, execute, and commission projects according to scope, schedule and within budget including managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
