Primary Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years related experience with demonstrable record of success
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalents
• Possess good leadership and organizing abilities
• Experience in the Security and CCTV industry and exposure to products and operations will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, planning and conducting the project plan
• Project formulation and monitoring progress and schedule
• Effective communication and co-ordination between project participants
• Attend site meeting, inspect, monitor and report project progress.
• Submit and update monthly project status
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience as Project Engineer in main contractor office
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Project Scheduling software
• Good communication skills

Job description:

• Managing project and dealing with labour, materials, & equipment
• Lowering wastage of material/equipment/ resources
• Liaise with subcontractors and performing project management to ensure that project progresses according to schedule and to take the appropriate corrective action when deviations arise.

The Project Coordinator/site engineer is responsible for coordinating projects of varying size and complexity or its parts. Project Coordinator is to make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.

Coordination can range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling schedule, updating risk/opportunity registers, schedule updates, financial updates, through engineering duties (materials, configuration management).

The candidates must be well trained in facade/aluminium work as we are doing aluminium or facade works' project.
