Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Lead and manage a team of technicians, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the team follows safety protocols and quality standards

Provide direction and guidance to on-site staff to resolve issues that may arise during project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and budget.

Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget constraints.

Track project expenses and manage cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve any issues that may arise during the project, including design changes, delays, and unforeseen obstacles.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and safety records.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Ensure timely submission of invoices and tracking of payments.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the air-conditioning or construction industry.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is a plus.

Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (outdoors, construction sites).

Posses with valid class 3 license is a plus

- Min. 8 years relevant local experiences in Civil Engineering Projects

( Preferable 5 yrs of local experience in Pipejacking works )

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB)/ Building Construction Authority (BCA) is a must or

Project Engineer will be under Marine service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.

1. Working in workshop and vessels.

2. Good communication skills with Ship Owners and Superintends.

4. Attend and manage dealing with vendors, designers, classification, and flag statutory on engineering issues

5. Reviewing technical specification and drawings from designer meeting owner, class, and customer requirements

6. To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.

7. Ability to demonstrate and implement cost -saving measures.

8. Ability to lead to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

• Responsible to lead the project team for the execution of the project from commencement until completion and defects liability period
• Prepare master programme and ensure that the project complete within the stipulated or extended contract period
• Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements
• Ensure compliances to Authorities’ requirements
• To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of drawings, etc.
• Handle defects works after handing over the project
• Responsible for project budget controls, tracking of expenditures and effectively manage & reduce the costs of delivering projects
