• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise

(SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, addressing inquiries,

concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and legal

teams, to ensure timely and accurate loan documentation and processing.

• Provide financial advisory services to SME clients, offering insights and

recommendations on business growth strategies, cash flow management, and

capital allocation.

• Assist clients in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation,

guiding them through the loan approval and disbursement process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or

relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit

analysis.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME

loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business

financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow

modelling.

• Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and

risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively.

• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, both

verbally and in writing.

• Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with key

stakeholders in the SME community, including business owners, industry

associations, and referral partners.

Overview

As part of our continued business expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive

business growth and customer satisfaction in the local Singapore market, with a specific focus in the

analgesic and FMCG industries.

In this role, you are required to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction,

develop account strategies to meet sales targets, identify product placement opportunities, analyse

market trends and conducting in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities,

collaborating with sales and marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough

2. Oversee sales and operations across the entire Singapore market. Develop and execute

Brand's product portfolio.

6. Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually

beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

7. Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales

performance to head of sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, proven track record within the

FMCG industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, travel retail,

supermarkets, convenience stores.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the local Singapore market dynamics.

• Experience with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Overview for the role:
