Performance Requirements:

• Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.

Education or Qualification:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
• Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards and ensure site activities adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations and resolve all the technical and operational challenges during project execution.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and relevant authorities on all project related matters
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment with design specifications to ensure imely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure timely requisition of resources such as labour materials, equipment for the project
• Prepare and present of the project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the construction team
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in civil / Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 6 years and above experience as Project Manager and 2 years as Senior Project manager, preferably handling of HDB Project experience
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Holding of Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certification will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

• Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objective
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented
