• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)

Job Description:

* Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication according to artwork specifications and incorporate feedback from the production team into artwork revisions.

* Conduct quality checks on final products to ensure compliance with client requirements.

* Coordinate projects to facilitate smooth implementation.

* Assist in the movement of materials/equipment to and from project sites.

* Maintain active communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback consolidation to achieve project objectives within contractual deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

•Adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures and standards.

* Cultivate positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals before project commencement, including testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.

* Manage project correspondence and documentation efficiently.

* Oversee site and office project management, including inspections, handovers, site measurements, and coordination among various departments (graphics, production, finance, logistics).

Job requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

* Minimum of 2 years working experience in signage or related industries.
