The job role for Project coordinator involves managing and coordinating our various carpentry and renovation projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of quotations for projects
2. Preparation of necessary paperwork for work commencement
3. Scheduling and coordination of project and installation dates
4. Calculation of project costing
5. Procurement of materials
6. Other ad hoc duties as required
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Gain experience in ID renovation project costing
2. Backend renovation processes knowledge
3. Efficient and effective communication between various departments and suppliers
4. Project management, scheduling and coordination skills
