Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager who excels at communication and problem-solving and strategic planning to manage and deliver a portfolio of 100 Change requests annually, totaling a value of SGD 10million. Budgetary & Resource Managment

· Annual plan of 100% budget utilization linked to prioritized business value and regulatory requirements.

· Timely and high-quality reporting/management involve timely budget billing, and fund drawdown.

· Updated centralize track of overall boatsize delivery covering in Jira/confluence flow including backlog, status, resource, financial, risk, and dependency profiles.

· Control and track project budgets and utilization, at all times and ensure it stays within the regional & quarterly allocations. Initiate and propose budget reallocation within delivery and support team to ensure fully utilization by end of the year.

· Ability to track aging, performance of CR boat size, close the project issues on time

Team Leadership and Collaboration
