Individual to be involved in:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to ensure successful execution of interior design and construction projects.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.

- Proven track record as a renovation construction manager in large-scale projects, managing internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.

Responsibilites:

• Evaluates equipment problems and performs minor repairs on both lighting audio-visual equipment
• Assist with all events AV needs, ranging from twenty-minute slideshow presentations to large parties with live music and video
• Responsibilities may include operation of briefing computers, projectors or other audio-visual equipment in conjunction with video teleconferencing services
