Our client is looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in industrial building projects to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Tender Stage: Work closely with the team at HQ to prepare, review, and submit tenders for new building projects.
• Project Execution: Once projects are awarded, take full responsibility for the planning, management, and execution of industrial building projects at the site level.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project milestones and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, from a PE Board-recognized university.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing building projects, with a specific focus on industrial building projects.
• Proven track record in handling projects from tender to completion, with strong technical and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
