• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
• Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling of appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
• Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas as necessary
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
• Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
• Meticulous, strong attention to details
• Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes
• Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Support
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Assist in reviewing the current state and identify/conceptualize the future state with internal stakeholders (i.e. process owners) as part of HR digitalization and transformation.
  • Assist in documenting, following up and finalizing the gathering of system requirements with stakeholders.
  • Work with project team to develop and implement overall change management plan and training activities to ensure smooth transition to the new platform.
  • Identify risks and manage issues including escalation and resolution.
• Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide guidance and facilitate with project team to keep project moving to achieve its deliverables within the timelines.
• Data Management
  • Support data entry, data validation, and data migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Guide internal stakeholders to ensure data migration, data cleansing and data mapping work are executed according to plans.
• User Training
  • Assist in the planning, development and delivery of training materials for end-users. Conduct end-user training for users where necessary
• Communication
  • Ensure and facilitate communication and engagement between project stakeholders, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Testing
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Orchestrate user acceptance testing activities and manage change requests.
• Compliance
  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies and data protection regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in either Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Ops or HR related projects, preferably in HR transformation and HRIS implementation.
• Associate to Professional Project Management Certifications (if any) [CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2].
• Basic understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Prior experience in HR processes and operations, SAP HR systems or any other cloud solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver under time pressure.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good grasp of project management methodology.

• Coordinate and monitor MEP works and progress with client’s representative, construction coordinators and subcontractors and identify, report and resolve MEP discrepancies in project drawings, specifications and requirement in consultation with Project Manager
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements
• Managing architect, consultants and clients expectations within project budget
• Coordinating and monitoring sub-con work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes through inspections and assessment of subcontractor performance
• Ensuring that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by all for MEP works and proper MEP related document control is in place so as to facilitate Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in processing the contractual claim.
• Assist in valuation and resolution of any discrepancies and problem arising during construction which affect quality of project and assist in project handover including project documentation.
• Responsible for the liaison, docking and coordination between the Plumbing design, supervision, construction units and other units of the project; responsible for the communication and coordination between the electrical engineering major and civil engineering and other majors of the project,

Requirement:

Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination with BCA or Degree/Post Graduate (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
