I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position takes overall responsibility of project management for all aspects (contract, commercial and technical) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

III- Qualifications & Compentencies

• Supervise and monitor workers / welders on site for installation or maintenance.
• Attend site meetings with clients / architects and authorities on project technical matter.

Requirement:-

• Minimum Dipoma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Required skill(s) MS Office, MS project, Autocad.
• Has work experience in consruction sites and project management.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to multi task.
• proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), mechanical & electrical or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, DRAWING INTERPRETATION
• Specialized in Engineering - Civil Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and manage the civil and structural or M&E projects.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub contractors.
• To ensure and maintain high standard of work, safety and good work productivity.
• Other adhoc duties as and when directed

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning and executing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage design, implementation, and integration of control systems, SCADA, and PLCs to meet client needs.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Conduct site surveys, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot system performance and integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during implementation and handover.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in automation, control systems, or project management.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC programming, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Hands-on experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• PMP or Certified Automation Professional certification is a plus.
