• Ensure the timely and accurate updating of bank platforms for GIRO/miscellaneous payments/receipts collection/fixed deposit placements.
• Handle remittances and bank transfers, including foreign currency transactions.
• Collaborate with bankers to address the Company's financial requirements, including banker guarantees, updates to banking signatories, and matters pertaining to treasury and investments.
• Retrieve card memberships receipts from Stripe, and other matters relating to memberships.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Prepare finance schedules and other GL supporting schedules.
• Conduct fair value assessments of quoted and unquoted securities and club memberships.
• Process and submit application forms to banks for online user management, including new user additions or removals, and updating authorized signatories for bank accounts.
• Liaise with financial institutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to support all finance-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in vendor selection and negotiate best value and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.

• Strategic sourcing activities to find and develop new suppliers to drive cost reduction and improve the cost of projects / ownership.

• Establish and develop strong & positive working relationships with strategic partners, vendors, sub-contractor and global suppliers and affiliated companies to ensure smooth operation and optimal support.

This role also manages the day-to-day activities, administers funding requirements, and work with training vendors to achieve learning and development outcomes.

A. Key Responsibilities:

Training and Funding Administration

1. Plan, procure and implement staff learning and development programmes.
2. Ensure timely registration of course applications, follow-up and work on necessary paperwork.
3. Source and tap on relevant training grants and subsidies to support learning and development efforts of respective division(s).
4. Administer bond/study sponsorship and necessary paperwork for successful applications in respective division(s).

2. Cultivate meaningful relationship with key stakeholders of respective divisions to identify organisational learning needs, to design, develop, and implement targeted capability building programmes and/or initiatives to support the organisation's purpose.
3. Involve in program development and delivery facilitated both on-line and in person.
4. Generate and prepare report and develop comprehensive learning analytics for departments and management, enabling informed decision-making in the planning and refinement of training strategies.

B. Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
