You should have at least 3 years of proven experience in providing secretarial/ administrative support in a diversified environment working with different stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills that enable you to perform multiple tasks seamlessly and with attention to detail. You will also need to handle confidential information with discretion and will need to have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. Language capabilities will establish effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ability to be proactive, resourceful, independent and having a positive learning attitude will help you excel in this position.

Job Description:

• Assist in administrative, logistical and operational job functions.
• Manage public enquiries (Call, emails & WhatsApp).
• Coordinate and process application forms, including collating supporting documents, conducting phone interviews.
• Track, organise and collate data/statistics for reporting.
• Recording/collating minutes of meetings.

Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Degree in any field
• Prior experience in Administrative role
