Deliver and maintain the information technology initiatives of Rainbow Centre with direction from the IT Manager to attain the operational objectives of Rainbow Centre.

Manage the campus technology infrastructure, inventory and the provisioning of effective and efficient IT services throughout the school which includes troubleshooting, project management, undertaking specific maintenance and upgrading tasks of IT and AV services.

Critical Work Areas

Manage & Execute Information Technology Operations and Service Delivery

• Provide end user IT Support (Service Desk) to ensure service standards for print services, infrastructure services (including network and telephony), user access to IT services and maintenance of laptop and desktops.
• Engage in routine (e.g. annual) planning, purchasing and deploying of IT and AV equipment for the RC campus and staff to achieve
  productivity goals
• Manage all software licences and hardware requisitions, its deployment to users, tech refresh and eventual condemnation

Monitoring & Reporting of Information Technology Operations

• Conduct audits to enforce IT Policies in RC.
• Monitor and analyse for preventative action the utilization of infrastructure services for reporting and trend analysis such as Internet Bandwidth, Device utilization etc.
• Monitor and review IT requests raised by users for monthly reporting to IT Manager for trend analysis

Develop, Deliver, Maintain & Review Information Technology Solutions

• Plan & execute projects to be rolled out in campuses (both software and infrastructure) with the IT Manager and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with system owners to review solutions (including process, device, policy and architecture improvements) rolled out for evaluation and Return on Investment of solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and to develop solutions within Rainbow Centre for technology to enable for increased productivity and efficiency.

Job Holder Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or other relevant information technology fields.
• Preferably at least 4 years of experience in the information technology sector with relevance to the role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Advanced technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, Wifi network, IP telephony and AV systems including commonly used end-user operating systems ( Winnows, iOS, MacOS)
• Proficient in using Google Workspace administration

You will assist managers in planning and execution of marketing activities such as branding, promotions, digital media and communications. c) Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to engage, work with and/or advocate on behalf of our brand.

d) Grow engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions through proactive organic and paid campaigns and management

e) Analyze social media campaigns and make recommendations for changes

f) Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels

GENERAL TASKS:

a) Timely execution planned promotional activities

b) Generate monthly marketing reports to management when needed.

c) Monitor and report expenses and ROI on all marketing activities

d) Administrative matters include team attendance updates, performance reviews and invoice approvals.
