• Assist with accounts payable & receivables.

Administration

• Support warehouse inventory management.

• Handling and sort delivery orders.

EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting office accounts functions.
• Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to provide additional administrative support when required.

7. Maintain HR database in system and P files

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in HR Management or related field
2. 6 - 12 months of experience in HR duties. Fresh Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec graduates who are keen to learn HR jobs are welcome to apply
