Scope of Services

The key services required are set out as follow:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

• To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.

• To setup AV equipment for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.

• Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:

• Good relevant technical knowledge in AVA, including but not limited to setup of sound system, projectors, and others.

• Good relevant technical knowledge in videography, including but not limited to video filming, video editing and sound editing.

• Good relevant technical knowledge in photography, including but not limited to photo taking, photo editing and basic graphic design.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education throughout the contract period.

He/she shall minimally have the following qualifications and experience:

• A National Trade Certificate Grade II or equivalence in relevant discipline

• Minimum 1 year of working experience, in ICT related area or school(s), and in AVA implementations.

• Good track record in AVA and ICT support

Job Summary:

The Design Executive reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for creating, interfacing and facilitating design drawings throughout projects' life cycles based on contract drawings and latest information as well as facilitate the flow of information between the design team and project team.

Job Description:

• Prepare, manage and facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction
• Take charge of all coordination works of structural and architectural interface with main contractor(s) and other trades for cross-team support
• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants
• Collaborate within design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements

1. Factory and Facilities Management

1. Ensure Factory facilities (Fire, Security, Building etc.) in compliance with Agencies regulations / guidelines and company procedures/ standards.
2. Track & follow up on Annual or periodical inspection & license renewal (Fire certificate/ Diesel storage/ Gas storage/ Lift usage).
3. Perform & coordinate routine inspections on maintenance of building facilities/ general facilities hygiene cleanliness to ensure factory operation at optimum levels and environmental compliance.
4. Raise, monitor and coordinate maintenance/ repair work assignments by technicians performing property maintenance works.
5. Ensure and coordinate pest control and housekeeping control measures in the factory are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
6. To ensure and maintain records entry and exit of all (Visitors/ Contractors/ Suppliers/ Vendors / officers from MOM,NEA,AVA,and SCDF).
7. Management of Security Guard on site & Security Company.
8. Provide weekly/monthly report update (Duty Roster /Attendance)

2. Logistic Management

1. Support Logistics on document & inventory management.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the engagement and negotiation of work with sub-contractors
• Ensure the awarded price is within the budget or to achieve the optimum price level to increase profitability for the company.

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

Purpose:

• To be responsible for managing the interactions with third party organisations that supply QA incoming materials and/or services to GSK.
• To manage material release for incoming materials, supplier change notifications and new material management.
• To provide Quality oversight to logistics management and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management

• Provide QA oversight of Supplier management activities on site to achieve compliance with company policies and government regulations as assigned.
• To participate (Executive 1) and to represent the site (Executive 2) for Supplier Management business processes to drive improvements and share best practises across the GSK Vaccines network.
• Process owner/support supplier complaint process for QA incoming materials. Lodge supplier complaints and ensure suppliers identify the root cause and associated CAPA's to prevent recurrence of supplier quality issues.
• Review and track supplier-related CAPA for timely closure.
• Maintain inspection readiness, conduct supplier assessments for both new and current service providers in a timely manner.
• Maintain the approved supplier listing and audit schedule in a state of compliance and accuracy.
• Assess supplier change notifications in a timely manner and escalate where necessary especially in situations with supply impact.
• Initiate and review deviations/change control/CAPA associated with incoming material.

Executive 1: Minor deviations and CAPA

Executive 2: Minor, major deviations and CAPA

• Work closely with site user and Global stakeholders for Supplier management related matters

QA Raw Material Release and Warehouse oversight

• Support incoming material documentation review and release to recommend and confirm Usage Decision (UD) of raw material
• Ensure that material document file (MDF) is complete and accurate before disposition of material in SAP
• Ensure that system is in place for filing and archival of MDF
• Initiate and review deviations/change control/CAPA associated with incoming material releases.
• Ensure that all deviations/change controls are closed or assessed for impact on the release of the material prior to release the QA-controlled incoming material
• Provide QA oversight to warehouse such as attending warehouse tier, conduction GEMBAs, inspection readiness and warehouse related deviations, CAPAs and change control

• Propose improvements to work processes, with basic awareness of business requirements.
• Deviation investigations and assessments
• In addition for QA Executive 2:
• Able to provide QA oversight on routine situations independently and complex situations with supervision (deviations, changes, system issues, compliance matters)
• Able to manage simple department projects (e.g. continuous improvement) with supervision
• Greater awareness of business requirements and to highlight considerations where there is a need for escalation

Skills:

Professional

• At least University basic degree in a Science or Engineering discipline

Technical

• A good understanding of cGMP regulatory and legal requirements as applied to quality assurance of pharmaceuticals manufacturing
• User experiance with SAP will be prefered
• Ability in handling and organizing multiple workflows

Business

• Ability to apply optimal quality assurance standards to promote a business edge
• Ability to facilitate business activities commpatible to international regulatory environment
• Ability to communicate effectively within the site organization and across the network

• Working knowledge of FDA/EU/ICH/WHO as well as all other relevant reuglatory and technical guidelines

Where will I be based?

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Tuas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.
