ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Marketing Executive , the position reports to the Head Of E-commerce; works closely with the Digital Media team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
2. Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media and marketing campaigns
3. Meeting with clients and sourcing for opportunities of partnership
4. Working with the digital and operations team to ensure digital content and expectations of the customers are met
5. Responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over clients platforms and social media
6. Replying and preparing of quotations to customers.
7. Input information of orders into the company’s data management software

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. A knowledge of an interest in the methods organization use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity
2. Highly motivated individual able to maintain and manage a thorough end to end sales process
3. Strong communication and presentation skills – Keynote or Power Point
4. Analytical ability
5. Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects at once
6. Problem solving skills

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.

· Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.

· Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system. To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.

· Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.

· Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.

· Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.

· Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.

· Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.

· Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.

· Preparation of monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.

· Liaising with internal and external auditors.

· Looking into strengthening current and process improvement

· Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
