• Liase with suppliers for ordering, quotation and others matters.
• Responsible with work and able to help with ad-hoc duties given.

What you'll be doing

• Build strong relationships as a trusted HR partner, providing solutions and coaching leaders on people management and manpower strategies
• Advise on HR policies, employment laws, performance management, recruitment, rewards, and manpower planning
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and stakeholders to execute key HR projects and initiatives
• Drive engagement, morale, retention, and productivity across teams
• Support talent identification, succession planning, and performance discussions with leadership
• Lead industrial and employee relations, fostering positive union engagement and resolving conflicts
• Handle complex performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues, including investigations and resolutions
• Facilitate negotiations, conflict resolution, and guide teams toward positive outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level from recognised institutions in Human Resource/ Business Management or related studies
• 12 - 15 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in Healthcare setting
• Possesses strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to effectively engage staff at all levels, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and develop people
