Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position will be remote reporting to the HR & Admin General Manager based in Shanghai HQ in partnering and supporting her with the day-to-day HR and Admin operations related to the Singapore office as well as other regions office. Job Responsibilities:

HR Operation - (50%)

• Handle the recruitment process (e.g., Job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding registration, etc.)
• Create, maintain and update employee’s file records and leave records in system
• Responsible for all types of leave, payroll and salary administration
• Responsible for all work-related passes (e.g., Application, renewals, cancellation etc.)

• Updating and maintenance of office admin and assets inventory list

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. Main Responsibilities
