Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including applications, reports, and amendments, to regulatory authorities such as the HSA, NEA, FDA, EMA, MHRA, or other relevant bodies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes in global regulations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for new medical device registrations, renewals, and change notifications.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to facilitate the approval process and address any queries or deficiencies.
• Liaise with regulatory representatives of various principal medical suppliers for information gathering and product regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure regulatory compliance of manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Identify and assess regulatory risks associated with product marketing and commercialization.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address regulatory challenges.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering
• Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• Candidate must be Familiar with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, including FDA, CE, EMA, ISO, and other international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the vessels as ship-owners and/or bareboat charterers.
• Ensure safe operation of vessels in cooperation with ship-managers in accordance with industry regulations as well as in-house procedures.
• Ensure adequate coverage of insurance and liaise with underwriters and/or claim handlers
• Ensure compliance with charter party requirements and company procedures as well as all relevant operational　information between vessels, brokers, Charterers and agents.
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays.
• Arrangement of bunkers at designated port.
• Conduct loss prevention proactively.
• Negotiate claims and respond promptly and effectively and take a proactive approach in solving problems.
• Assist and liaise with Chartering team concerning any vessel information, requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling as part of all pre and post fixture support.
• Check loading/discharging ports planning and discuss with ship-managers in compliance with loading/discharging port requirements and monitor hold cleanliness requirements.
• Arrange all routine invoicing.
• Handle dispute with Charterers by having assistance of defense club as appropriate.
• Have a sound knowledge of charter party, ship-management contract and other relevant contracts.
• Take care of charter hire payments and final settlement when time-charter is completed.
• Go through ship-managers’ management and accounting reports.
• Carry out briefing of top 4 officers/engineers.
• Choose drydocking place in coordination with ship-managers by taking various factors into consideration such estimated deviation expenses, total drydocking expenses, duration, etc.
• Optimize utilization of resources.
• Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
• Attend meeting, seminars, conferences to represent the company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Candidate must Possess at least a Degree in maritime studies related courses.
• Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in bulk operations as a shipowner.
• Candidate must be comfortable with stand-by for 24 hours/365 days for urgent contacts

DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be an integral part of the Quality Management department to optimise patient care and outcome.

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department initiatives within the hospital. This role involves the coordination and maintenance of accurate records, meetings, and supporting the implementation of quality management projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality management.
• Organize and file documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Data Entry and Analysis Support:

• Assist in data entry for quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate basic reports and assist in data analysis under senior staff guidance.

Meeting Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Quality Management team.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.

Communication and Correspondence:

• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders including team members, other departments, external healthcare institutions, among others.
• Draft routine correspondence and respond to inquiries as directed.

Assist in Quality Projects:

• Support the implementation of quality management projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Good speaking and writing skills
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)
• Self-disciplined, motivated, self-starter, Meticulous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
