We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to drive sales and manage online operations within the 3C industry across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. The role focuses on managing sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You will also support livestreaming initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:
• Implement sales strategies to optimize product listings and drive revenue on Shopee, TikTok and Lazada
• Monitor performance metrics and run promotions to enhance visibility and sales.
• Identify growth opportunities through platform partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Customer Experience & Fulfillment:

• Provide quality customer service through the platform.
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction through smooth processing, delivery, and returns.
• Support the development and execution of customer retention programs.

Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and track the performance of campaigns, working with the marketing team to optimize them for higher conversion rates and ROI.

Marketing:
• Assist in managing the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and track performance to optimize results.

Social Media & Content:
• Coordinate social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and traffic.
• Analyze and report on social media engagement and content effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and support strategy improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales data, customer trends, campaign outcomes, website traffic, and conversion metrics to track e-commerce performance.

Livestreaming & Content Engagement:
• Assist in planning livestreaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.
• Track livestream performance and work with the team to optimize future sessions.

Competitor & Market Research:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and new strategies.
• Assist with market research to stay ahead of the competition and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, inventory, customer service) to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
• Experience in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and manage cross-functional tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle tight deadlines.

Working hours:

The Executive is responsible for ensuring completeness of daily reconciliation of receipts from all outlets as well as performing closing activities and preparation of full set accounts for subsidiaries. This role will also be working closely with Accountant to support period closing accounting duties for Poh Heng Jewellery.

Financial Accounting:

• Perform journal entries for financial accounting.
• Prepare full sets of accounts for subsidiaries.
  Conduct monthly reporting for subsidiaries.

Reconciliation:

• Daily reconciliation of receipts with the Daily Operation summary, bank statements, and credit card statements for both retail and online platforms.
• Monthly reconciliations for mobile payments and credit cards, including MDR computations.
  

Auditing and Schedules:

• Responsible for the GTO audit at year-end.
• Prepare accounts receivable-related balance sheet schedules.
  

Invoice Management:

• Create rental invoices for tenants, managing the end-to-end process.
• Maintain a tracking sheet for rental income.
• Generate invoices and debit notes as needed for customer service.
  

Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for the retail team.

GST Preparation:

• Prepare quarterly GST submissions for subsidiaries for Accountant review.

Banking Operations:

• Oversee the end-to-end banking process for retail outlets, including credit card terminals and ATM cards.

Support Responsibilities:

• Provide backup for Non-Trade Accounts Payable and collaborate with finance associate.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Full set of accounts experience with AR & AP experience in retail industry preferred
• Minimum Diploma with accounting knowledge
• Highly analytical, self-motivated and process-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite is a plus

- Prepare Purchase Order, crosscheck supplier invoice with DO and PO before make payment.

- Issue cheque to supplier.

5. JOB VACANCY POSTING

- Post advertisement on newspaper.

6. PAYROLL

- Create employee profile

- Prepare & follow up employment contract for the new employee

- Key in, check attendance, and process payroll by using Info-Tech.

- Scan, File and upload employee related form to the system – AL, MC, Employment Contract, Attendance.

7. Any ad-hoc administrative matter assigned by management related to support operational activity.

Position: Business Account Executive

Language: English & Mandarin (some dialects will be good)

Terms : 5 ½ day work / 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), 8am to 1pm (Sat)

Salary Scheme: Basic + Commission

Basic Salary: $2,500 - $4,000

Primary Roles:

· Handles sales leads and site show rounds

· Source for new business leads

· Handles daily correspondences with clients and ground staff

· Attend on-site presentation and site visits

· Handles paperwork i.e., quotations, updating of sales information

· Attend to feedback and warranty matters

· Handle client payment

Secondary Roles:

· Handles daily project management

· Periodic site visits for progress and QC checks
